I have learned to apply design thinking to assist in the creation of new programs, refinement of existing programs, and identification of novel opportunities and innovative methods to promote financial self-sufficiency.

During my time with Catholic Charities I have also learned to understand and apply the different phases of evaluation in order to develop an evaluation framework at each stage of program development. I was able to use and contribute to the agency Theory of Change by developing learning and testing objectives that contribute to novel understanding of the program success, strengths, and opportunities
